What the service is
Wichita Dry-Out Line is a referral service, and you pay nothing to use it. It connects people in Sedgwick and Butler counties, Kansas with independent companies that provide water damage restoration and related services. We do not perform water extraction, drying, cleaning, mold work, construction or any other restoration work, and we are not a contractor.
Providers are independent
Providers you are connected with are independent businesses, not our employees or agents. Each provider alone is responsible for its estimates, prices, work, permits, warranties and conduct. Any agreement for work is between you and the provider. We do not warrant or guarantee any work performed, and we do not promise that a provider will be available, respond within any time, or meet your expectations, and we are not a party to your contract with them.
No insurance or professional advice
We do not handle, file, negotiate or advise on insurance claims, and nothing on this site or said on a call is a statement that any loss is or is not covered by insurance. Content on this site, including the guides, checklists, cost ranges and local contacts, is general information. It is not insurance, engineering, health or safety advice for your situation. Rules, phone numbers and prices change; confirm anything important with the agency or professional involved.
Safety
The safety steps on this site are general. If there is any immediate danger to people, such as electrical hazards, gas smells, structural collapse or rising floodwater, call 911 first. Never enter floodwater or a flooded room with live electricity.
Mold
The service does not refer mold remediation. If you suspect mold, consult a qualified specialist for an assessment.
Cost information
Price ranges on this site come from named national publishers and are provided for general comparison only. They are not quotes and may not reflect local prices. Get written estimates.
Acceptable use
Please give accurate information when you submit the form, and do not submit requests on behalf of others without their permission, or use the service for spam or any unlawful purpose.
Our responsibility
The service is provided "as is." Wichita Dry-Out Line is not responsible for any provider's work or failure to perform; take questions about the work to the provider you hired.
